Faith Formation Registration

Our goal is to accompany adults, teens, and children as they grow in knowledge and love of God, and become disciples of Christ in the world.

Welcome families! We look forward to another great year partnering with you to educate and guide your family in the Catholic faith.

In order to support you and establish a thriving community, each family is required to volunteer in some capacity for registration to be accepted. If you are a catechist assistant or small group leader, you will receive a refund of tuition paid for one student. Details and opportunities provided while registering. 

Please Note: One year of formation is required prior to the Sacrament year for all youth desiring Sacraments.

Non-members of The Church of the Epiphany, add $50.00 per family. 

**Youth desiring Sacraments (First Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation) will be required to attend at least 1-year of faith formation immediately prior to their Sacrament year.**

Mandatory Parent (and child) Meetings for 2026:

New Family Parent and Child Session
Families who are new to Wednesday evening classes this year will come with a parent on September 23 from 6-7 p.m.

Wednesday Evening Family Session (new and returning children)
All children (and at least one parent) enrolled on Wednesdays, will attend on September 30 from 6-7 p.m.

Tuesday & Saturday Sessions
No formal parent meeting. Families will be informed on an individual basis.
