Baptism

Baptism is the sacrament that marks the beginning of the entire Christian life, and is the first of the sacraments of initiation. In Baptism we are freed from sin and become sons and daughters of God. In the sacrament we receive the very life of God, become part of the Body of Christ, become members of the Church, and are classed to share in its mission. Catechism of the Catholic Church, nos. 1213-1284

The Church celebrates the Sacrament of Baptism for all ages. Adults seeking Baptism enroll in the RCIA program. Children ages 7 and older seeking Baptism enroll in our RCIC program.

The Sacrament of Baptism for infants and young children until the age of six are held two Sundays each month in the Church.
